DEBORAH K PALMER

Deborah has helped hundreds of people achieve the justice they deserve due to her dedication to personal injury law. She practiced in the personal injury field for more than 15 years, initially as a paralegal and as an attorney for the past eight years. Debbie has been involved in the investigation, litigation and resolution of matters ranging from general negligence and wrongful death to automobile negligence, premises liability, and trucking accident cases. She is a member of the American Burn Association and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. She has developed a growing Social Security law practice to assist people with disabilities in obtaining disability benefits and qualifying for Medicaid or Medicare.

 

Debbie Palmer has worked in the area of personal injury law for over fifteen years. She is experienced in complicated automobile negligence, dog bite, premises liability and trucking accident cases, while also being part of the litigation team for traumatic brain injury, burn injury, spinal cord injury, general negligence and wrongful death litigation matters. Debbie will also provide advice and assistance when appropriate to help clients pursue Social Security disability benefits.

In addition to her law practice, Debbie has been a lecturer to various groups and organizations on topics such as professional negligence and medical damages. She has so-authored several sections of The Michigan Trial Notebook.
